Please note this quotation is based on the flexible liner fitting down the chimney, and please be aware, on the rare occasion, if the liner does not fit the chimney this will incur additional costs therefore invalidating this quotation.
Any builder's works which are carried out by other external businesses which are not completed or compliant with current building regulations and prevent us from carrying out our works on the agreed installation date will incur an abortive charge of £150 + VAT.
All materials used to carry out the installation will remain the property of Heart of the Home until full payment has been received.
Building regulations state that any stove over 5kw must have an external air supply fitted. If an air supply is required but has not been quoted for, there will be a charge of £45
Heart of the Home accepts no responsibility for any air borne dust or soot falls during our builder's works or installation for up to 48 hours after installation is completed.
Please have all furniture and furnishings covered and protected in the room that installation is taking place prior to installation.
Waste and rubble from the installation works cannot be taken away from the premises. This will be the customer's responsibility.
In the unfortunate event any roof tiles are broken/damaged they will be replaced and charged to the customer at cost price to us.
Full payment of invoice to be made within 7 days of completion of works.
HETAS Certification will be issued on full and final payment of invoice.
QUOTATION IS VALID FOR 60 DAYS FROM DATE. AFTER THIS DATE A RE-QUOTE MAY BE REQUIRED DUE TO THE CHANGE IN SUPPLIERS PRICES.
